Looking to buy a home?
As an agent who helps clients on both ends of the buying and selling market, I have the means to match your vision up with the right property as I work in tandem with listing agents on a regular basis. If you’re thinking of buying, I will guide you through the entire process and arm you all you need to know free of charge. Want to know about the neighborhood, bus routes, stores and schools nearby? I can fill you in on all that, negotiate on your behalf, and close the deal. It’s a package deal that can’t be beat.
It’s really hard to buy and sell without an agent. As your buyer agent, I will negotiate the best terms and price with all of my expertise being free to you, the buyer. The best part is, you don’t have to pay a commission. That’s right – only the seller pays the sales commission.
Whether an agent is used or not, the seller covers the commission. The only person that wins when buyers are not represented is the listing agent. Most buyer agents will have their clients sign an Exclusive Buyer Agency Agreement. This form outlines services, how they are compensated, and how the two parties will function together.
To be on the safe side, make sure you’re dealing with an agent who specializes in representing buyers, one who is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). The ABR designation insures there are no conflicts of interest that could arise in dealings with a seller’s agent.
For those who have gone through the process, home buying is stressful. To keep stresses to a minimum, work with your buyer’s agent, your friend in real estate, your trusted advocate.
